Sherry Bullard grew up in Southern California and has lived in Laguna Beach since 1975. She has continuously exhibited her artwork at the Sawdust Art Festival since 1983 while serving on numerous committees including education, marketing and the Winter Fantasy. She was a Trustee of the Sawdust Artist Benevolence Fund for over 12 years.
Her education includes Orange Coast College, California State University Long Beach and Laguna Collage of Art and Design. Her multi-media artwork covers a broad range of skills and talent including watercolor, oil painting and ceramic sculpture. Her work is in corporate collections of Kaiser Permanente and public art installations in the City of Laguna Beach. ‘Postcards of Laguna’ are a series of hand carved relief tiles depicting scenes of historical postcards of Laguna Beach which are installed around the perimeter of the Old Pottery Place located at 1200 South Coast Hwy.
Sherry has been involved with LOCA Arts Education for over 25 years, a non-profit arts education organization offering innovative art programs and classes. She is an Honorary Board Member and currently is Program Coordinator for many of LOCA’s award winning programs.
