Join Julie Setterholm and take an exciting enameling class. Each student will create a piece of art using copper and glass enamel. The student will come away with a knowledge of enameling that can be used to make jewelry as well as art ready to hang. Your house deserves jewelry too!

“As a child I can recall the moment I realized that not everything was made from machines in Taiwan. It was at The Sawdust Art Festival in my hometown of Laguna Beach, California. I witnessed Dion Wright sculpting an amazing creature out of metal with a torch. My first success at selling my own creations was jewelry, but I wanted to become a silversmith. This evolved to enameling, and metal sculpture after my Grandmother left me her enameling equipment upon her passing. I now work with copper, steel and bronze, using an oxy-acetylene torch to create both functional and pure sculptural art. My pieces often include a large amount of enameling within the design..”
