Where is the Sawdust Art Festival located and how do I get there?
The Sawdust Art Festival is located in Laguna Beach, CA approximately one mile from Main Beach. We are located at 935 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, CA 92651.

When does the Sawdust Art Festival open and what are the hours?
The 2017 Winter Fantasy will be open November 18, 19, 24, 25 & 26 and December 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, & 17 from 10 a.m.- 7 p.m. The 2018 summer show opens Friday, June 29 and is open daily from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. until closing day, September  2.

Do I need to purchase tickets ahead of time or can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets may be purchased upon arrival at our box office. For more information, call 949.494.3030.

What happens on the Sawdust Art Festival grounds when the show is closed?
After the festivals end, the booths are removed and our grounds remain empty until the following year. Our grounds are used for our year-round Sawdust Art Classes and other Sawdust Festival related events.

What are the office hours during the off-season?
During the off-season, the office is open Monday-Thursday from 9am-5pm and on Fridays, 9am-12pm. Our offices are located on the festival grounds, behind the concession stands.

When and where do I pick up pottery created during the festival in the Ceramic Center?
If you created a pot at the Ceramic Center and chose to get it glazed and fired, you will need to wait for a call from our Ceramic Center staff to notify you that you pot is ready to be picked up. This generally takes 6-8 weeks. Once you have received the phone call, you may come down to the festival grounds during office hours, Monday-Thursday from 9am-5pm and on Fridays, 9am-12pm., to pick up your pottery from the grounds.

Is there a discount rate for large groups?
For groups of 15 or more, we do offer a group rate of $6 for adults. If you would like to book a large group, please call 949-494-3030 to reserve tickets that can be mailed or left in will call.

Where do I park when attending the festival?
Parking is available throughout Laguna Beach during the festival season. We recommend parking in one of the many satellite parking lots located on the borders of Laguna Beach. Metered parking is also available in front of the festival on the canyon. All meters in Laguna Beach take credit/debit cards, so there is no need to bring quarters. Additional parking is available at Festival Center Parking, located next door to the Sawdust at 805 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. Festival Center parking will be open 7 days a week   with daily rates of $10 Mon-Fri (price may be subject to increase after 5pm) and $10-$20 Sat-Sun.

Is there handicap parking and is the festival handicap accessible?
If you have a handicap placard, you may park in an on-street metered parking space without having to pay (for up to 72 hours). However, you must pay to park in a regular, non-handicap space in the city parking lots.

Are pets allowed on the festival grounds?
We do not allow any pets on our festival grounds. The only animals that are allowed on our grounds are service animals with proper credentials.

Is smoking allowed on the festival grounds?
We do not allow smoking of any kind on our grounds. This includes cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes. This is to protect the grounds and respect our guests. If you would like to smoke while at the festival, you may get your hand stamped at the front gate, which allows re-entry, and exit the grounds to smoke in your car as the city of Laguna Beach no longer allows smoking in public places. .
