COVID-19 Related Safeguards
The Sawdust Art Festival is complying by the following safeguards in order to ensure the safety of our guests, artists and staff during operating hours: Masks are required for all staff, artists, and guests. Maximum capacity will be limited to 250 guests at one time. Visual cues will be present throughout the grounds to ensure social distancing is taking place. Continuous sanitization of restrooms, dining areas, and high touch areas will be implemented.

How is the Outdoor Marketplace different from the traditional festival?
The Outdoor Marketplace is a modified show and will vary greatly from our traditional offering. 48 artists will rotate out every weekend with over 100 that will participate over the course of the event. Two stages of entertainment will feature trio and solo acts, and four concession stands will offer food and beverage options. Festival classes or ceramics will not be offered during the Outdoor Marketplace.

Do I need to purchase tickets ahead of time or can I purchase tickets at the door?
We strongly recommend you purchase tickets online ahead of time. Tickets may also be purchased at the Box Office upon arrival, however, you may be subject to waiting if we are at capacity. For further information, call 949.494.3030.

Will I be subject to waiting in line if I have a ticket?
Buying your tickets online does not guarantee you do not have to wait. Given the maximum capacity limitation of 250 guests on the grounds at one time, there could likely be a wait to enter the grounds. If you choose not to wait until capacity has dropped, you may return with your ticket another day.

If I do not use my ticket on the date it is purchased, can I use it to attend the marketplace another day?
If you do not use your ticket on the allocated date, you may use it on another day we are open. However, you may be subject to waiting if we are at capacity of 250 guests at one time. If that is the case, you will be asked to wait outside the grounds until we are below capacity.

REFUND POLICY
We do not accept admission ticket refunds but we will kindly offer you a replacement ticket to the 2021 Sawdust Art Festival. Please email us by November 30, 2020 at admin@sawdustartfestival.org to redeem this offer.

Where do I park when attending the festival?
Metered parking is located in front of the festival on Frontage Road and along Laguna Canyon Road. Additional parking lots are located near downtown Laguna, such as Lot 10 located at 725 Laguna Canyon Rd, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. Please note, the trolley will not be in service.

Is there handicap parking and is the festival handicap accessible?
Handicap parking is available in front of the festival. The festival is handicap accessible. Complimentary wheel chairs are available for our guests. To reserve a chair ahead of time, please call 949-494-3030

Do you offer a senior discount?
We will not be offering discounted tickets during the Outdoor Marketplace.

Do you offer a group rate discount?
We will not be offering discounted tickets during the Outdoor Marketplace.
