LAGUNA BEACH ART STUDIO TOUR SATURDAY, APRIL 12

The Sawdust Art Festival’s Annual Art Studio Tour brings visitors to the private studios of Laguna’s most interesting artists.

Laguna Beach, CA – Every April, the artists of Laguna Beach join together to participate in the Sawdust Art Festival’s Art Studio Tour, opening their private studios for an “up close and personal” look into their creative worlds. “The Art Studio Tour offers a rare chance to meet artists in their studios and get a glimpse at what their creative processes – and lives – are like,” said Tour Director Rebecca Meekma. “Some studios are state-of-the-art spaces while others are in hilltop homes with incredible views. It’s really interesting to see how the studio setting can inspire the art produced.” Morning, Afternoon and Full-Day Tours are offered; all tours begin and end at the Sawdust Art Festival. Tours include guided transportation to the studios; intimate size; extensive visits with each artist including art demonstrations, discussion and the opportunity to purchase; and admission to the Artists’

Reception, 5 – 6:30 p.m. at the Sawdust’s Gallery 935.
