New artists are bringing fresh energy, ideas and works to this year’s Winter Fantasy. Check out Denise Miller’s photography and mixed media at Booth 244. Painter Tara Luther just finished a new oil painting, titled “Ultra Deep Field,” and is showing it in Booth 338.
