In this informative and fun mixed media class with Hedy Buzan you will learn how to paint on recycled plywood panels, and how to eliminate “Support Induced Discoloration” by underpainting with the right mediums. Basic color theory will be taught, and students will execute a 12 x 12” mixed media piece using a combination of recycled and new single pigment acrylics. We will also discover ways to ‘use up’ mixed paint colors for future projects.
