2 Hour Workshop Registration dates and times:
For a two-hour workshop, you will have one on one time with your instructor in the glass booth for a full two hours, however, you are able to either come early, or stay late to observe other students during their session, as the observational component of this class is both exciting and informative. About Muffin Spencer-Devlin & Mary Ann Guerra
Muffin Spencer-Devlin began her career playing golf for the LPGA tour for 21 years, in which she won three LPGA events. Muffin is now a Master Glass Blower at the Sawdust Festival and is an amazing teacher to anyone adventurous enough to try this incredible art!
I have been in Love with Blown Glass for as long as I can remember, although I have been in the glass world for over 30 years, I hadn’t blown glass till I entered my 50’s. I began working with Glass at the Studio of Gavin Heath, A Master in Glass. Now, I have been a Glass Blower for 10 years. I truly love teaching Glass Blowing, it allows me to facilitate the journey that one finds when entering the world of Glass Blowing. I love guiding students to find their own voice and style when learning to work with molten glass. One of the most rewarding experiences is when the student first takes a gather out of the 2000 degree furnace. It is then that the magnitude of the Glass Blowing experience begins. Come take a class with me, and get Blown Away!
