Chef’s Night is back this week! We have chefs from Laguna Beach’s top-rated restaurants visiting us at the Sawdust Arts Festival to do a 30-minute food demo and provide a sample tasting for attendees.
This Tuesday, July 21 at 5:30 p.m., Okura Robata Grill & Sushi Bar’s Chef Jin Heo will prepare a Serrano Hamachi Carpaccio. It’s thinly sliced yellow tail with a sliced serrano pepper on top served with Yuzu sauce composed with olive oil, Asian citrus sauce and soy.
The event is free with your admission to Sawdust Arts Festival or annual passport.
August 4 – Lindsey Smith-Rosales of Nirvana Grille whose focus is to use clean, locally sourced food is rated one of the top 10 chefs of Laguna Beach and one of the top chefs in Orange County.
August 18 – Pastry Chef Mark Medina, from Tamarind of London, famous for his beautiful and delicious desserts.
