Step into grounding, creativity, and personal power as we journey through the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras. Through guided meditation, breathwork, journaling, and intuitive painting, you will release winter's heavy lessons and clear space for new beginnings. You’ll create three custom 4x4 canvas paintings (Red, Orange, and Yellow) and receive 3 corresponding healing stones to integrate into your artwork or keep as meditation tools.
