Artist Statement
Ultimately, my art is inspired by my life experience growing up in Laguna Beach in a family of educators and artists. I have a deep appreciation of the natural wonder of this majestic beach town. As an avid Surfer, Volleyball Player and Mountain Bike Rider my knowledge of the diversity of Laguna Beach helps me to capture both the vibrant and subtle nuances in my paintings.
Artist Bio
Graduate of Laguna Beach High School. BA University of California, Santa Barbara. Retired Home Designer and Builder, married and raised two children who are LBHS graduates. I enjoy the arts, both visual and performance.While I enjoy travel, I am not neglecting all that home has to offer. I like surfing, biking, beach volleyball, concerts in the park,
playhouse performance, Sawdust Festival, amongst so many local activities.
