Artist Statement
My work is rooted in an awareness of nature and the conceptual transformation of organic materials into meaningful forms. Using mussel shells as my primary medium, I create mosaics that honor the rhythm, texture, and quiet resilience of the natural world. Each shell carries the memory of water, time, and environment, and through careful composition, I reinterpret these elements into contemporary expressions of balance and beauty. In parallel, I reinvent clothing by reimagining existing garments as sculptural canvases—extending their life and purpose through thoughtful design. Together, my mosaics and wearable pieces reflect a commitment to sustainability, renewal, and the powerful connection between human creativity and the enduring spirit of nature.
